IT professionals - KONE Corporation
Should have 10+ years of experience in application development specific to quality assurance and quality engineering.
10+ years of experience and proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from functional, technical specifications
10+ years of working knowledge (preferably hands on experience) with test automation and driving test automation plan with the tools like Selenium, Java, exposure to robot framework, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops.
Extensive experience in coordinating and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-end testing.
Knowledge of GenAI based solutions is preferred
6+ years of experience in handling communication with stakeholders
Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Skills to engage with the team to expand areas of testing and quality
Self motivator, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills
Strong sense of accountability and commitment
Knowledge of software development lifecycle within Agile environment.
Working knowledge of non-functional testing
Experience with SAP testing.
Exposure in working with the test requirement and management tools like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops
Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile and Dev Ops ways of working with geographically distributed teams
Knowledge of release and deployment processes
Experience in vendor management for testing services
Right attitude and spirit of accountability
Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
End to end test management activities
Be First point of contact to plan and manage test execution and responsible for timely delivery
Monitor daily operations, create execution reports and communicate to stakeholders on regular basis.
Maintain QA metrics, implement innovations and processes, monitor the improvements
Regular connect with stakeholders to understand the test progress outcome and improvement areas.
