About The Opportunity
A leading IT services and enterprise digital transformation firm focused on Service Now platform implementations, ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise workflow automation for mid-market and global enterprises. We deliver end-to-end Service Now solutions that modernize IT operations, automate business workflows, and improve service delivery.
We are hiring an on-site Lead Service Now Developer / Solution Architect in India to design, lead and deliver complex platform implementations and integrations across the full Service Now stack.
Role & Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD modules to meet business and technical requirements.
Lead hands-on development: custom scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and scoped applications.
Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and middleware for third-party systems.
Own platform governance: code reviews, release/upgrade planning, performance tuning, and security/compliance best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders—product owners, architects, and delivery teams—to translate requirements into robust technical designs and estimates.
Mentor and lead a team of developers: establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and knowledge transfer.

Strong ability to convert business processes into scalable platform designs and reusable components.
Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating with global stakeholders.
