Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer with strong hands-on experience in Service Now platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise beyond ITSM, with exposure to additional Service Now modules such as ITOM or other Service Now product suites. The role requires solid technical skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working on enterprise-scale Service Now implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications as per business requirements
Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
Implement and support integrations using MID Server, REST/SOAP Web Services, OAuth, and API authentication
Work on enhancements and maintenance across multiple Service Now modules
Ensure best practices in Service Now development, performance, and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Support CMDB-related implementations and ensure data accuracy (where applicable)
Must-Have Skills
3+ years hands-on experience in Service Now platform development
Strong knowledge of:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
Integration knowledge: MID Server, Web Services, OAuth, API authentication
CMDB data model understanding (preferred)
Experience in at least one Service Now product suite (e.g., ITOM)
Good-to-Have Skills
Service Now CSA (mandatory/strong preference)
CAD (preferred)
Academic Qualifications
Tech Graduate
