Description We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and customizing Service Now applications, ensuring effective implementation of business solutions.
Responsibilities Develop and customize Service Now applications and modules based on business requirements.
Create and manage Service Now workflows and business rules.
Implement Service Now best practices for development and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Service Now applications and users.
Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Service Now development and administration.
Strong knowledge of Service Now platform features and capabilities.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular
JS.
Experience with Service Now scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Now ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Ability to write and manage Service Now update sets and custom applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
