The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.

Role Purpose

The Service Now QA Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery and optimization of Service Now solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead testing of Service Now modules using Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
Collaborate with stakeholders to create, validate test scripts to ensure outcomes match user requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Develop and maintain test scripts and testing documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Experiences/Education - Required

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Service Now experience.
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong ITIL and digital transformation background.
Proven track record of delivering complex Service Now projects.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Required:

ITIL V3/V4 and Scrum Master Certification.
Preferred:
Service Now Certified System Administrator

Experiences/Education - Desired

Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and workflows.

Experience with integrations and testing methods.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF)
