We are looking for an experienced SAP Roll-out Lead to manage and drive global SAP S/4
HANA rollout initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP implementations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in complex, multi-country environments.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP rollout projects from planning to go-live and hypercare
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional business and IT teams
Handle requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Ensure strong cross-module integration and alignment with business processes
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SAP rollout, implementation, or support projects
Minimum 3–5 end-to-end SAP rollouts, preferably in global environments
Strong experience in SAP S/4
HANA (ECC knowledge is a plus)
Hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori
Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.)
Experience working on international / multi-location projects
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and traditional project management methodologies
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Required Skills
