What You'll Do:

A Scrum Master's primary role is to facilitate the Scrum process for a development team, ensuring they can effectively deliver value. They act as servant leaders, guiding the team, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Their responsibilities span various areas, including facilitating ceremonies, coaching the team, and promoting continuous improvement.
Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies:
Leading daily Scrum meetings (stand-ups), sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Ensuring these meetings are productive, focused, and adhere to Scrum principles.
Coaching the Team:
Guiding the team in adopting and practicing Scrum principles and values. Helping the team become self-organizing and cross-functional. Mentoring team members on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Removing Impediments:
Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Protecting the team from distractions and interruptions. Addressing technical or organizational roadblocks.
Supporting the Product Owner:
Helping the Product Owner manage the product backlog effectively. Facilitating communication between the Product Owner and the team. Ensuring the team understands the product vision and goals.
Promoting Continuous Improvement:
Leading retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. Encouraging a culture of learning and experimentation. Tracking team performance and progress.
Fostering

Collaboration:

Creating a collaborative and transparent team environment. Facilitating communication and information exchange. Resolving conflicts and promoting constructive disagreement.
Educating the Organization:
Helping the broader organization understand and adopt Scrum. Promoting Scrum values and principles throughout the organization. Coaching teams on how to work effectively with Scrum. Provide accurate and timely project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Drive process improvements and build best practices into project execution. Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Power BI experience is must.
Adherence to SDLC, ITIL, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
Budgeting & Reporting Track project budgets, expenditures, and forecast future costs.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
