Senior Sales & Marketing Manager– SAP / Tagetik/ One Stream/ Enterprise SaaS
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with strong expertise in selling SAP and similar Saas based products in analytics and EPM to drive strategic account growth, cloud revenue, and customer success. This role focuses on solution-led selling , executive engagement, value-based storytelling, and accelerating adoption of innovation (including AI and cloud ERP).
The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset , deep SAP/domain knowledge, and a proven track record of managing complex B2B enterprise accounts and driving expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts with end-to-end responsibility for pipeline, revenue, renewals, and expansion
Drive SAP cloud and SaaS solution selling aligned to customer business outcomes
Lead CXO-level conversations , positioning SAP solutions as transformational and value-driven
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to sustained pipeline growth
Create compelling ROI-driven value propositions , business cases, and executive narratives
Drive go-to-market initiatives for new SAP products, AI-led innovations, and cloud solutions
Collaborate with presales, product, marketing, customer success, and partner teams to deliver ' One SAP ' outcomes
Engage with global consulting and SI partners to co-sell and co-innovate
Support adoption, consumption, references, and long-term customer advocacy
Lead QBRs, governance discussions, and executive alignment forums
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years in enterprise B2B sales / account management (quota-carrying roles)
Strong SAP selling experience (Cloud ERP, Finance, Spend Management, or related domains)
3+ years of domain expertise in Finance / Public Cloud ERP / Spend Management
Background in management consulting or enterprise SaaS sales preferred
Proven success in solution selling, expansion selling, and strategic account growth
Experience handling multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles
Strong understanding of AI, cloud innovation, and digital transformation trends
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence in a matrixed, global environment
Ideal Profile
