We are hiring :
Japanese Language(Bilingual)
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Location :
Pune
Must-Have
Mandatory JLPT N3 certification or equivalent
Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including nights)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Accuracy in logging, documenting, and reporting incidents
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Responsibility Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure
Perform system monitoring and identify potential issues
Log, classify, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed
Communicate updates to Japanese customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing tools
Conduct basic troubleshooting using SOPs
Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuous service availability
Support daily operational checks and reports
