We are hiring :
Japanese Language(Bilingual)
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Location :
Pune
Must-Have
- Mandatory JLPT N3 certification or equivalent
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including nights)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Accuracy in logging, documenting, and reporting incidents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Responsibility Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure
- Perform system monitoring and identify potential issues
- Log, classify, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed
- Communicate updates to Japanese customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing tools
- Conduct basic troubleshooting using SOPs
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuous service availability
- Support daily operational checks and reports
