We are looking for Apttus/ Conga CLM Developer with experience in Salesforce platform, Apttus/ Conga CLM, Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.

What You'll Do:

- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform, including the Conga CLM application.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
- The developer will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our Salesforce environment supports our business needs and objectives.
- Conga CLM Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Conga Contracts Lifecycle Management and hands-on experience in configuring and customizing CLM solutions.
- Agreement Contract Lifecycle:
Deep understanding of contract authoring, negotiation, approval workflows, and lifecycle management.
- X-Author Tools:
Proficiency in X-Author for Contracts and related Conga tools for document generation and template management.
- Salesforce Platform:
Salesforce Development:
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Triggers, and Lightning Components.
- Salesforce Customization Configuration:
Expertise in Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Flows.
- Salesforce Integration:
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and integration best practices.
- Security Compliance:
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, Permission Sets, Profiles, and compliance standards.
- Performance Optimization:
Ability to design efficient solutions, optimize flows, and ensure scalability.
- Problem-Solving Solutioning:
Skilled in analyzing client requirements and providing innovative, business-aligned solutions.
- Communication Client Interaction:
Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver solutions effectively.

Skills:

Document Generation (Conga Composer or similar tools) Workflow Automation Agile Methodology experience
- Testing Debugging in Salesforce and Conga environments

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience on Conga/Apttus CLM
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, LWC, Apex, reports, Flows, process Builders workflows and assignment rules)
- Development experience in Salesforce or Conga CLM
- Deep understanding of Conga CLM (former Apttus) processes system, functionalities, and features
- Must have experience in X-Author for Contracts, Excel, and Apttus Migration Manager
- Must be expert at Implementing End to End Contract life cycle management.
- Hands on experience with Apttus (Conga) Intelligent Workflow Approval process.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team of developers.
- Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
