Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in Banking domain. You will play a key role in connecting business goals with technology solutions analyzing complex business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless delivery of Banking solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial workflows, regulatory requirements,
and system dependencies.
2. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories,
and process flow diagrams.
3. Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements or
automation opportunities.
4. Partner with senior stakeholders to define product vision and ensure business goals are met.
5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure accurate
implementation of requirements.
6. Conduct data analysis, interpret key performance metrics, and support creation of dashboards
and reports for business insights.
7. Support project lifecycle from discovery to deployment, including UAT, documentation, and
end-user training.
8. Support Project manager in managing client and team and in all key decisions.
9. Monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables; communicate risks or deviations proactively.
10. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and effective
expectation management.
11. Stay updated with evolving Fin Tech trends, digital payment systems, lending platforms, and
regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of Banking systems including digital banking and payment gateways,.
2. Proficient in requirement gathering, BRD/FSD documentation, and data-driven decision
- making.
3. SPOC for Client communication related to Functionality
4. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA/Fin Tech)
