SAP MDG Lead

Relevant

Experience:

- Academic Level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or similar;
- Language(s) and level of proficiency:
English, Proficient. Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Knowledge/

Experience:

6+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and Governance in a multinational environment;
- Good operational and technical knowledge of SAP MDG 2022 and above, including Product, Customer, Supplier, and Financial Master Data domains;

- Working experience of configuring/troubleshooting SAP MDG workflows;

- Working experience and understanding of Data Replication & Distribution frameworks such as ALE/IDoc, SOA, between MDG and SAP or non-SAP systems;
- Experience in basic MDG customizing using ABAP, BRF+ (Business Rule Framework), and BAdIs (Business Add-ins) for data validations and enhancements;
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum Dev Ops framework and tools such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, or similar;
- Proven experience in incident and service management and/or MDG project implementations; knowledge of Service Now ITSM is a plus;
- Understanding of the SAP solution offering in S/4 HANA; SAP ECC is a plus;
- Comfortable in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders: users, subject matter experts, leaders, IT support teams, etc.;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-service mindset with a desire and capability to listen, learn and improve processes;
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
