Must-Have
- Net Reveal(Case Management, WF Administrator,, Realtime payment Screening) SQ, Java J2EE, Unix , Core JAVA, JSP, Servlets, Spring ,Hibernate, JMS, EJB, Web Services, XML, Angular JS, Remedy, PuTTY, Troubleshooting and Analytics Experience for Server logs, Dev Ops Tools (CARA, Jenkins, Bit Bucket),Oracle Database, Design Pattern, LogJ Framework
Good-to-Have
- Banking Domain knowledge, App Dynamics, Splunk, Control M tool, Agile
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Specialized Detica SME role for support
- Comprehensive knowledge on Detica, Case Management, Workflow Administrators, Real Time payments Screening. Batch Processing, Messaging Queue
- Responsible for resolving Detica requests
- Need to have comprehensive knowledge of Detica and to suggest and work on automation to minimize manual reporting
- Need to have a comprehensive understanding of Detica and able to create/Update Detica Reports based on the client requirements
- Need to Handle Customer Communications
- Flexible working in shifts
