Regional Manager – US Region

Identify new business opportunities while simultaneously managing and expanding existing customer relationships in the US.
Collaborate with C-level executives to understand their business needs and propose customized IT solutions to build long-term partnerships.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales cycles, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and negotiating large-scale deals.
Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
Work closely with internal teams like sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure smooth service delivery and project success.
Report on sales performance, market insights, and team performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in managing IT services and reselling, specifically within the US market.
Sales Approach: A strong, solution-based sales approach with a proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT services , with a preference for experience in Dev Ops and Agile practices .
Communication
Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performance teams .
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Skills Market Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends and customer needs specific to the US region .
Project Management: Experience managing large-scale IT projects and solution implementations.
Networking: A strong professional network within the IT services industry, particularly with C-level decision-makers in the US.
