Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and support applications in a production environment to ensure high availability and performance.
Perform root cause analysis for application defects and operational issues, providing timely resolutions.
Utilize SQL for database queries, diagnostics, and troubleshooting issues related to application performance.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based servers and application environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Manage and support applications hosted on AWS, ensuring optimal configuration and resource utilization.
Document support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Provide on-call support and participate in incident management to address critical issues as they arise.
Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates, ensuring seamless integration into the production environment.
Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry trends and best practices in application support.

Required Skills:

* Strong proficiency in SQL for database management and troubleshooting.
Solid experience with Linux systems and command-line interfaces.
Proven experience in application support roles, with a focus on production environments.
Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
