Job Description
- Manage one/more scrum teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction
Active participation and stake holder management (Internal & External) in aligning the deliverables ensuring the business commitments
Bring in best practices and knowledge to develop and deliver the product with flawless execution
Accountable for the preparation and execution of Product/Program Increments
Accountable for timely delivery and quality of Agile release deliverables
Ensures Program/Product increment planning readiness, vision, and groomed increment backlogs
Bring Agile Processes to scrum teams, ensuring team effectiveness, accountability, and culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to prioritize and plan for software releases
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and provide ongoing status to management and stake holders
Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ART, Continuous Integration, Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing
Knowledge of lean/agile project management practices
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Sound knowledge of Product development life cycle with respective engineering processes
Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysis
Knowhow of quality management and application of quality principles and processes in projects, code, and product quality management
Should be able to multi-task, managing multiple project activities and organizational responsibilities effectively
Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team
Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision
Making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
