We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with strong hands on experience in end user support, ITSM tools, and endpoint management. If you enjoy troubleshooting and supporting users in a fast paced environment, this role is for you.
Key
Skills Required:
• End user IT support (Laptops, Desktops, OS, Applications)
• ITSM tools like Service Now, Jira, or Manage Engine
• Ticket handling and SLA management
• Microsoft 365 and basic endpoint management
• Intune and Autopilot basics
• User onboarding and access management
• Basic Power Shell and reporting skills
