Job Description:
SAP ABAP Developer/Consultant
ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and enhancements within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ABAP programming and a deep understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
Work on SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or others as required.
Create and maintain SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
Develop and optimize performance for ABAP objects including BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.
Integrate SAP with external systems using IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services.
Debug and troubleshoot ABAP code and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, Reports, Module Pool Programming, and Data Dictionary.
Experience with performance tuning and debugging.
Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques (BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements).
Knowledge of integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, ALE).
Good understanding of SAP functional modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience with SAP HANA and ABAP on HANA.
Knowledge of OData services and SAP Fiori integration.
Exposure to SAP S/4
HANA migration projects.
