Summary:

IFS II Service Now Catalog Developer II PAN India

We are seeking a Service Now Developer with strong experience in Service Catalog development, ITSM processes, platform scripting, and integrations. You will design and deliver scalable solutions across Service Catalog and ITSM modules, build secure integrations with external systems, and enforce development best practices to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Now Developer, you will,

● Engage with stakeholders to understand user stories and determine requirements.

● Engage in Solution Design after all the required analysis and hand it over the development team for
implementation.

● Provide guidance on what is configuration vs customization with a focus on solutions that remain close to out
of box functionality as possible.

● Customize and develop Service Now applications and support rollout of new applications and modules.

● Configure Application UIs and Workflows

● Demonstrate understanding of application modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset,
CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal.

● Create custom reports and dashboards with supporting metrics and KPIs that adhere to best practices and
have a high focus on impact to instance performance

● Collaborate with other Service Now administrators and developers to develop effectively with a global focus

● Be diligent in maintaining consistency in code alignment across instances and in clean code in update sets

● Proactively identify system deficiencies in the Service Now instances and provide solutions to remediate

● Perform data imports and transformations using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scheduled loads.

● Implement ACLs, roles, and properties to maintain platform security and data privacy.

● Use Agile/Scrum practices for story grooming, estimation, development, testing, and demos

Education and Experience:

● 2 to 5 years of experience working in a design and development role for a Service Now Platform.
● 2+ years of experience as a Service Now administrator.

● Experience in transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized technology service organization.

● Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Workflows and Flow Designer within Service Now

● Understanding of RESTful Web Service and APIs.

● IT and Security management best practice.

● Experience developing workflows and supporting service technology teams

● Experience in developing solutions in JavaScript and Glide Record.

Years of experience required:

3+ years and above.

Education qualification:

Any UG/PG
