We are looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid campaigns across Search, Performance Max and You Tube. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing deeply and knows how to turn insights into profitable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and You Tube.
• Conduct keyword research, Write high-performing ad copies.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
• Manage product feeds, GMC issues, and troubleshoot disapprovals.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and enhanced conversions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and policy changes.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
• 1.5–3 years of experience managing only Google Ads campaigns (Search, P-Max, You Tube).
• Strong understanding attribution, and analytics tool.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center, feed management, and policy handling.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Sheets.
• Strong copywriting skills and analyst mindset.
• No need of Google Ads Certification.
