Within this critical area, the 'Customer Journey Solutions' team is central to shaping its future. We make a significant contribution to the target architecture by driving a common platform, fostering growth initiatives, and optimizing processes. Our key initiatives include the operation and development of the dbCORE low-code platform for process design, creating online product sales and self-service offerings for all channels, building a dedicated product sales and service shop for easy integration, and delivering PB-wide Ident & Sign solutions.
As an Agile Practitioner / Technical Product Specialist, you will play a central role in enabling efficient, iterative delivery across a multidisciplinary agile team. Acting as Scrum Master, you will guide the squad through the adoption of agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement behaviors. In addition to facilitating agile ceremonies and team processes, you will contribute to backlog planning, thematic prioritization, and risk transparency.
Working closely with the Program Manager, Product Owner, Engineers, and QA specialists, you will support the team in delivering high‑quality working software—occasionally contributing small-scale code or test automation to reduce delivery bottlenecks. This role demands a balance of delivery facilitation, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and strong communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate iterative delivery by acting as Scrum Master and support the team in adopting and maturing agile best practices.
Participate in broader team and program-level planning to identify thematic tasks that should be promoted into the backlog.
Collaborate with team members to refine backlog items, ensure clarity of acceptance criteria, and track outstanding dependencies.
Contribute small-scale code or test automation to help the team deliver working software efficiently within the agile framework.
Track team progress, manage team-level metrics, and log risks and impediments raised during delivery.
Partner with the Program Manager to ensure transparent reporting and alignment with cross‑team delivery milestones.
Support cross-functional collaboration with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Architects to maintain well‑structured, prioritized backlogs.
Foster an environment of continuous learning, experimentation, and incremental improvement.

Your Skills And Experience

Agile & Delivery Skills
Proven experience as an Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master, ideally within a technology delivery environment.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Dev Ops practices, and incremental delivery.
Sound knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with agile tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
Technical Skills
Ability to understand engineering workflows and contribute small-scale code or automation where necessary.
Awareness of programming languages, test automation approaches, and modern application architectures.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Confidence in balancing expectation management, transparency, and delivery progress reporting.
High ownership, independence, and drive for continuous learning
