Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled  Agile Project Manager  with a strong foundation in Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) credentials and demonstrate a deep understanding of Agile principles. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and self-organization.
Utilize Agile metrics and reporting tools to track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and engagement.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team performance.
Mandatory

Skills:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a must.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Experience in coaching teams on Agile practices and principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or related discipline).
Relevant certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
