Participate in Process deep dive sessions to analyze and understand the business processes with business / operations team.

Performing administrative/Supportive jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc.
Troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause
