Food & Beverage Captain

F&B CAPTAIN - Loco Otro, Pune

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the team and set service standards from guest arrival to departure
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service with personalised recommendations
Build rapport with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly
Provide menu expertise, explaining dishes and ingredients confidently
Manage floor operations and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams
Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff
Handle guest concerns and special requests efficiently
Maintain health and safety standards in food and beverage service
Execute opening and closing procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years experience as F&B Captain or supervisor
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Guest centered approach with natural ability to connect with people
Quick problem-solving skills with professionalism and grace
Ability to work under pressure and lead during busy shifts

Experience with POS systems is a plus
