Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Pune. The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services focused on improving clients' daily living and occupational skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and monitoring client progress. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and effective communication with clients and families will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Occupational Therapy, with knowledge of relevant practices and techniques
- Strong understanding of Medicine and Rehabilitation to provide comprehensive therapeutic care
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Experience working with Pediatrics, including creating customized plans for younger clients
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual client needs and goals
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or related fields
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for improving clients' quality of life
