Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist based in Pune. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, offering counseling, providing mental health support, and supervising clinical practices. The psychologist will also collaborate with teams in creating effective strategies to address workplace mental health, deliver therapy sessions, and contribute to effective mental health awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology, including knowledge of Counseling Psychology and Mental Health support.
- Experience in Psychological Testing and conducting in-depth assessments.
- Skills in providing Clinical Supervision and mentoring other mental health professionals.
- Ability to deliver effective individual and group counseling sessions focused on varied mental health needs.
- Excellent communication skills and strong empathy to build trust with clients.
- RCI Licence as a Clinical Psychologist is a must
