J ob Function:

Field Service, quality technical support to customers, speedy recovery of breakdowns, installation start up, preventive maintenances & provide operator's maintenance training as per pre-set processes.

Qualification and

Experience:

B. Tech/ Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics
4 - 7 years industry experience in the field of solid state and Fiber Laser service.
Experience in green field projects

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to provide quality technical support to customers for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of speedy recovery of breakdowns, reliability of the repairs, machine availability, performing high quality installation start up, performing preventive maintenances & provide operator's maintenance training as per pre-set processes.

Specific Responsibilities:

Follow all the defined Tru Services processes.
Communication with courtesy has to be at core of the team leader through telephone, letter, or email.
Lead and motivate the team to ensure a high quality, satisfactory & prompt service support to the customers.
Responsible for meeting the service standards as per the defined KPI's.
Responsible for solving the customer problems by using remote access (Team viewer).
Responsible for SIS missions with proper documentation.
Responsible for weekend / public holidays telephone support to customers.
Responsible for daily updating the visit details.
Responsible to take feedback of machine performance from customer before closing the mission, within the defined timeline.
Provide feedback to reporting Manager based on observations & customer remarks.
Responsible for strong coordination between service, sales, spares, customer care, application & accounts as per processes defined.
Interact with all the contact persons in Germany and other places to provide support to the customers for escalated cases.
Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports as per defined guidelines.
In case of any billing discrepancy highlighted by the customer, information must be sent to customer care team for further action.
Work on the behavioral development of the team to create customer friendly interactions.
Exhibit and maintain a good working atmosphere and relationship with the colleagues within and across the department for an improved team working.
