Role Description

The Business Head - Solar EPC role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The responsibilities include leading the Solar EPC business operations, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve growth, and managing teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing resources, and overseeing budgets. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities while upholding the company's commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
In-depth knowledge of Solar Energy and Renewable Energy industry trends covering the industrial segments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering results.
Previous experience in a leadership position within the renewable energy sector is preferred
