Key responsibilities:
With ambitious plans to scale to 100 Cr ARR and global expansion, Pad Care is seeking a Marketing Lead who can drive our brand, demand generation, and category leadership at speed.
B2B Lead Generation & Growth Marketing: Build and run a demand generation engine across inbound/outbound channels, ensuring consistent MQLs and pipeline contribution.
Inbound Marketing: Build a strong inbound engine leveraging content, SEO/SEM, Linked In, and targeted campaigns to consistently generate MQLs.
Outbound Marketing: Design and execute outbound campaigns (ABM, targeted outreach, cold campaigns, CSR/Sustainability connects) to create high-quality opportunities.
Event Management: Plan, manage, and drive ROI from industry exhibitions, sustainability forums, CSR events, and Pad Care-hosted experiences.
Brand & Communication Strategy: Position Pad Care as a global category leader in sanitary waste recycling through PR, ESG storytelling, events, and thought leadership.
Digital Marketing & Analytics: Manage Linked In, email, ads, account-based marketing, SEO/SEM campaigns; own website and landing pages; optimize ROI using analytics and CRM platforms.
Sales & Customer Success Alignment: Drive lead handoff to sales, enable sales with collaterals/case studies, and leverage customer success stories for renewals and upsells.
Team & Vendor Management: Build and lead the marketing team, manage agencies for creative, PR, and digital, and establish scalable processes and reporting.
Performance Marketing: Scale performance marketing efforts across digital platforms with ROI accountability.
What we're looking for:
5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing & Team Management, preferably in startups, cleantech, ESG, or enterprise SaaS/solutions.
Demonstrated track record in scaling demand generation, driving marketing ROI, and brand building in high-growth settings.
Prior exposure to CXO-level client interactions and investor-facing storytelling will be an advantage.
Demand Generation Expertise:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and CRM/automation tools.
Strategic Storytelling & Branding:
Ability to craft ESG-driven narratives, manage brand positioning, and execute PR/communications.
Digital & Data Orientation:
Skilled in SEO, SEM, Linked In campaigns, email nurturing, and analytics-driven decision-making.
Leadership &
Collaboration:
Experience in building and leading teams, managing vendors, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and CSR teams.
Growth Mindset:
Entrepreneurial, action-oriented, adaptable to resource-constrained, fast-growth environments.

Work Mode: Full-time; based in Pune; with occasional travel for events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
