Role Overview
As an  Education Counsellor , you will engage with prospective learners, understand their educational background and career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable training programs. This role blends student counselling with enrollment support to help learners make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Counsel students and working professionals through calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.

· Understand learner profiles, career goals, and skill gaps to recommend appropriate courses.

· Provide detailed information about course structure, duration, certifications, and career outcomes.

· Handle inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

· Follow up with prospective learners and support them through the enrollment process.

· Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and enrollments in CRM systems.

· Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

· Build trust-based relationships to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.

· Meet enrollment targets while maintaining a learner-first counselling approach.

Skills & Qualifications

· Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to guide and influence students in a positive and ethical manner.

· Customer-focused mindset with basic sales orientation.

· Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

· Prior experience in education counselling, EdTech, or B2C sales is an advantage.
