Key Responsibilities
New Hire Training
Deliver structured training programs for new joiners, focusing on essential soft skills, communication, and voice & accent fundamentals.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Provide continuous support through on-the-job coaching for employees to enhance their performance and meet quality standards.
Refresher Training
Conduct periodic refresher sessions for existing staff based on performance gaps and business requirements.
Performance Monitoring
Track trainee progress during and after training; identify skill gaps and recommend further training as needed.
Training Material Support
Assist in updating and maintaining training materials, session plans, and feedback reports.
Feedback & Reporting
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness and prepare reports on training outcomes.
