Opportunity in the K‑12 education and edtech-enabled enrichment sector delivering on-site STEM learning programs across schools and after‑school centres in India. We design practical, inquiry-driven STEM experiences that build problem‑solving, computational thinking, and maker skills for learners.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver engaging on-site STEM lessons and hands-on workshops for K‑12 cohorts using project-based and inquiry-led approaches.
Design and adapt age-appropriate STEM curriculum, lesson plans, and project kits aligned to learning outcomes.
Set up, operate, and maintain classroom equipment and maker tools (robotics kits, microcontrollers, sensors) to ensure safe, productive sessions.
Assess learner progress using formative and summative tools; provide timely feedback and mentor students on project improvement.
Collaborate with program coordinators and school staff to tailor modules, manage logistics, and report on attendance and outcomes.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and curiosity-driven classroom environment; model troubleshooting and scientific thinking during experiments.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical teaching experience).
Hands-on experience delivering K‑12 STEM lessons or running after-school STEM workshops.
STEM curriculum design and lesson planning for project-based learning.

Experience with educational robotics and maker platforms (Arduino or LEGO Mind storms).
Practical coding experience with Scratch and/or Python for beginners.
Strong classroom management and learner assessment practices.

Preferred

Certification in pedagogical techniques, experiential learning, or STEM teaching.

Experience with Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers, or IoT educational projects.
Familiarity with blended-learning tools (Google Classroom, LMS platforms) and digital assessment.
