Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Pimple Saudagar and Kharadi Pune for a Preschool Center Head at Jumpstart International Preschool and Learning Centre. The Center Head will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, including managing staff, ensuring the quality of educational programs, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for children and families. The role also includes coordinating with parents, implementing curriculum frameworks, and monitoring the progress of children while leading a team of educators and support staff with a focus on professional growth and development.
Qualifications
Experience in Early Childhood Education, curriculum design, and program implementation
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with teachers, staff, parents, and children
Organizational and time-management skills to manage operations efficiently and meet deadlines
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate staff and encourage creativity
Knowledge of safety protocols, child psychology, and developmental milestones
Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
Experience working in a preschool or child development center is advantageous
