Master Teacher

Impart student learning on the competitive exam curriculum of JEE Advanced, JEE
Mains or NEET, with strong conceptual depth and focus on application.

• Design and deliver the academic content through a well-structured classroom
pedagogy. The classrooms must foster a safe and gender-inclusive environment
that ensures equal participation and learning opportunities for all students.

• Lead high-quality doubt-solving sessions, encourage problem-solving and critical
thinking

• Conduct regular assessments and analyse student performance, test outcomes to
enable better student preparation and test-taking.

• Mentoring every student is an integral part of our program where we focus to
impart lifelong learning, building clarity in career pathways, to address challenges
and barriers that our students need to overcome for better success

• Assist students in applying for the right exams, colleges or universities and extend
scholarship support to students

• Conduct and facilitate effective parent counselling sessions to align student goals,
progress and academic pathways.

• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with school administration to ensure
smooth program operations.

• Systematically collect, maintain, and manage student information and data.

Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves:

• Educational

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry,
Mathematics, or Biology.

•

Experience:

More than 3 years of full-time teaching experience at JEE
Advanced, JEE Mains or NEET curriculum.

• Pedagogical Strength:
High expertise and clarity of concepts delivered
through a structured pedagogy
