This role is responsible for the execution of overall training needs in the respective regions. Also responsible for identifying & assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with line managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs for the workforce; develop and implement training program as per plan
Develop appropriate training modules in coordination with line manager
Identify opportunities for enhancing the learning proposition, anticipating business needs and develop innovative solutions.
Content development with respect to the training needs & performance gap
Effectively use multiple channels of training for geographically dispersed employees
Formulate monthly training calendar and organize induction program for all new joinees
Plan and conduct productivity enhancement workshops with measurable outputs
Deploy tools to assess the training effectiveness and implement corrective measures
Helps in successful execution of central learning initiatives at regional level
Guiding teams in region to meet above requirement
Build great rapport with regional business stakeholder
Prepare a training dashboard with regular MIS and reports
Job Requirements
Graduate / Post Graduate
Min 8 - 10 years of experience in team handling
Understanding of the business & products
Coaching Skills
Listening Skills
Stakeholder Management
Excellent planning skills
Excellent Verbal communication skills
