Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule new student batches as per course demand.
Maintain batch calendars, timings, and classroom allocations.
Monitor batch progress and ensure syllabus completion on schedule.
Handle batch reshuffling, timing adjustments, and trainer substitutions.
Track trainer availability and schedule sessions accordingly.
Collect session plans and ensure timely delivery of lectures.
Monitor trainer performance and student feedback.
Ensure smooth execution of daily training sessions.
Coordinate for study materials, assignments, and practical sessions.
Track student attendance and performance.
Support assessments, mock interviews, and project evaluations.
Guide students regarding upcoming batches and training structure.
Address student concerns related to sessions or trainers.
Maintain academic records and batch documentation.
Prepare batch reports and progress summaries.
Coordinate with Sales team for new admissions planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any of the related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in academic coordination / training operations preferred
Experience in training institute or EdTech setup will be an added advantage
