Role Overview
We are hiring Admission Counselors to manage lead-to-admission conversions for our education clients (colleges, institutes, EdTech platforms). This role focuses on student counseling, lead nurturing, and conversion , working closely with performance marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated via digital campaigns (Google, Meta, portals)
Counsel students/parents about client courses, fees, eligibility & admission process
Qualify leads and guide them through decision-making
Follow up via calls, Whats App, SMS, and email
Convert leads into confirmed admissions for clients
Maintain CRM and daily conversion reports
Coordinate with client admission teams when required
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years experience in admission counseling / inside sales
Experience working with education clients (college, institute, EdTech)
Strong communication, objection-handling & closing skills
Comfortable with targets & performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead funnels
Graduate (any stream)
