Role Description
The Event Planner plays a crucial role in designing and executing high-impact events that strengthen teacher engagement, build district-level partnerships, and amplify OLF’s mission across states. This role brings together planning, coordination, communication, and creativity to deliver seamless events for educators, administrators, and stakeholders.

About the Role
As an Event Planner , you will:
✔️ Plan and execute teacher events, workshops, training sessions & district-level meets
✔️ Coordinate with school leaders, field teams & district officials for smooth event operations
✔️ Lead logistical arrangements—venue, setup, materials, travel, refreshments, AV systems, etc.
✔️ Ensure high-quality event experience through structured agendas & engaging activities
✔️ Manage registrations, attendance tracking & on-ground support
✔️ Work closely with the communications team for event branding & documentation
✔️ Capture stories, photos & insights from events to strengthen OLF’s visibility
✔️ Support large-scale events involving 500–2000+ participants as required
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, Social Work, or related fields
️ 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or stakeholder-facing roles
Strong execution & multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal & team coordination abilities
Willingness to travel across districts for events
️ Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language
✨ High ownership, problem-solving attitude & passion for education/impact work
Remuneration
₹3.0 – 5.0 LPA (based on experience)
