Key Responsibilities
Delivering specialized medical care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing, and treating neonatal patients in accordance with established medical protocols.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for neonatal patients.
Providing guidance and supervision to residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in the field of neonatology.
Participating in the development and implementation of research projects related to neonatal care and contributing to academic publications.
Maintaining accurate and updated medical records of patients, adhering to institutional and regulatory guidelines.
Engaging in continuous professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
