Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Graphic Designer role based in Pune. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing logos, enhancing branding efforts, and mastering typography techniques. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, ideating and executing design concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements. You will work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams, translating strategic objectives into design solutions that inspire, inform, and captivate our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

​ Design Creation:  Conceptualise and produce high-quality visual assets including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photography composites aligned to brand standards.
Multi-channel Asset Management:  Design for both print media (brochures, flyers, promotional collateral) and digital platforms (social media graphics, website banners, paid digital ads).
Presentation, Feedback & Interation:  Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate structured feedback, and refine deliverables through iterative review cycles to achieve final approval. .
Project & Deadline Management:  Manage multiple concurrent event from initial concept through to final delivery, maintaining quality standards and adhering to agreed timelines.

​ Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Software Proficiency:  Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma or other digital design platforms is advantageous.
Creativity Acumen:  Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a refined eye for layout composition, typographic hierarchy, and colour theory across varied design contexts.
Communication:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interpret creative briefs with precision and articulate design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Education:

 A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Collaboration:

 Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Weekly Off:
4th Saturday and all Sunday

Interview procedure:
First round will be a virtual one over the Microsoft Teams.
Second and final round will be a face-to-face at our Kharadi office.
