Responsibilities:

Create and design various materials for Social Media posts as per the Content Calendars
Establish creative direction for the company as per the brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
Be creative and well verse with the trends, AI Tools & Software
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web
1 year of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and other graphic design & editing software
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, analytical skills and design skills
Excellent eye for detail
Portfolio of work

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Min. 1 year of work experience in Social Media Marketing, Agency experience will be a plus point
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members
A positive and well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail.
Have the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
Basics of Video Editing & Motion Graphics
