The Role
We're looking for a Copywriter & Content Strategist to own the founder's personal brand on Linked In. This isn't a typical ghostwriting role—you'll be the creative engine behind how we show up on Linked In, responsible for both strategy and execution.
You'll work closely with the founder to extract insights, stories, and frameworks, then turn them into compelling content across formats—text posts, carousels, video scripts, lead magnets, and deep dives. You'll own the content calendar, propose themes and pillars, and constantly experiment with new ways to communicate ideas that resonate with startup founders and CTOs.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct regular interviews with the founder to extract insights, opinions, and stories worth sharing
Own the Linked In content calendar, including themes, content pillars, and posting cadence (5-10 posts per week)
Write high-quality Linked In posts—frameworks, case studies, personal stories, and thought leadership
Create lead magnets, deep dives, and giveaways that drive engagement and capture leads
Develop video scripts and guide the founder through recording them
Coordinate with the graphic designer to brief visuals for carousels and other formats
Proactively propose new content formats and creative approaches—don't wait to be told what to do
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or creative strategy
Proven experience in B2B services or agency marketing—you understand how to sell expertise, not products
Portfolio showing founder or personal brand content you've created (ghostwritten work counts—just explain your role)
Skills:
Exceptional writing—clear, sharp, and human
Strong visual sense—you can think in formats, not just words
Ability to extract compelling stories from conversations and turn them into content
Strategic thinking—you see the bigger picture, not just the next post
Work Setup:
Must work from our Pune office ( this is not a remote role )
Interview Process: As a first step, we'll send you a take-home test. You'll receive a brief and create 5 Linked In posts from it. We're looking at creativity, format thinking, and copy quality.
