We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Editorial Associate / Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating, editing, and publishing high-quality content across multiple platforms. This role requires excellent writing and editing skills, a strong grasp of grammar and style, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
l Develop, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and print publications.
l Ensure content aligns with brand voice, editorial guidelines, and audience preferences.
l Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and informative content.
l Conduct research and fact-check information to maintain accuracy and credibility.
l Manage content calendars, deadlines, and workflow processes.
l Stay updated with industry trends and editorial best practices.
l Provide constructive feedback to contributors and junior writers.

Required Qualifications & Skills
l Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
l 3-5 years of proven experience in editing, writing, or publishing.
l Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and editorial standards.
l Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press.
l Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
l Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
l Experience working in media, publishing, or digital content creation.
l Understanding of editorial guidelines
