Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer/forward incoming calls, and maintain a tidy reception area.
Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying.
Basic Legal Knowledge: Agreement draft margins, Client details, Legal page printouts.
Sales Knowledge: Reading plans, making cost-sheets, should know all current on-going real estate projects.
Maintaining Booking Forms: Customer details, DOB, Anniversary and wishing them.
Communication: Manage emails, sort mail, and coordinate deliveries.
Framing E-mails: Both in English & Marathi
Scheduling: Maintain calendars, book meeting rooms, and assist with event organisation.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduation or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Experience:
Experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.
