Role Overview
- We are looking for a Coordination Executive to support the Director in coordinating activities related to marketing, sales, vendor management, and general business operations.
The role involves coordinating between teams, tracking tasks, communicating with vendors and partners, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and strong in communication and follow-ups.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in a long-term opportunity and growing with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordination
• Coordinate with marketing agencies, designers, and digital partners
• Track marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotions
• Ensure marketing tasks are executed on time
Sales Support
• Maintain lead and client databases
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation
• Track sales follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team
Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external partners
• Track timelines and deliverables
• Maintain vendor records and documentation
Director’s Office Support
• Track action points from meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed
• Coordinate between different teams and departments
• Maintain trackers for projects, marketing activities, and tasks
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain organized records and trackers
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations when required
Skills Required
- • Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good follow-up and organizational ability
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Power Point
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with good coordination and communication skills will be preferred. Training will be provided where required.
