Travel Operations Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Travel Operations Executive. This position is crucial in overseeing the details of travel operations, including creating vouchers, preparing detailed travel notes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities:
1. Itinerary Planning:
Develop comprehensive travel itineraries for individuals and groups, considering preferences, budgets, and travel constraints.
Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to customize travel plans based on specific requirements.
2. Preparing Vouchers:
Develop and create detailed travel vouchers for clients, encompassing all aspects of their itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in voucher details, providing comprehensive information to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Travel Notes and Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive travel notes and documentation for clients, offering insights into destinations, cultural nuances, and any specific travel requirements.
Collaborate with travel agents and guides to gather relevant information and insights for inclusion in travel documentation.
4. Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing pre-travel information.
Customize and personalize travel notes based on client preferences and interests.
5. Coordination with Vendors:
Liaise with transportation providers, hotels, and other vendors to ensure that travel vouchers are accurately reflected in their systems.
Address any discrepancies or changes promptly and effectively.
6. Problem Resolution:
Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, coordinating with on-the-ground teams to address challenges and ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in travel operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
