This is a full-time on-site role as an administrative assistant at Mindsight Clinic in Malad. The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, general administration, and administrative assistance, as well as effective communication and use of interpersonal skills with the staff and clients. handling cash and maintaining accounts in an Excel sheet. Additionally, the admin executive may be responsible for various other tasks assigned by the clinic.
Job Timings: 10am to 7pm

Job Description:
Managing inbound calls of clinic
>Attend Patient Calls, conduct follow-ups & Book Appointments as per the calendar schedule.
· Respond via Email & calls to resolve patient queries, Appointment Requests, Test Report Results & any other concerns as raised by them
· Maintenance of basic accounts in cash sheets.
· Maintenance of Patient Database, Daily Call Updates & Respective Case Files of Patients
· Maintenance of Referral details for Patients referred by other Clinics
· Daily Updating of Staff Attendance & Processing Payments based on the same
. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Maintenance of Regular Supply of Office Stationery & Other Supplies
Other Sundry Tasks & Overall Supervision for Smooth Administration of Daily Office Activities.
