Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Officer, based in Pune. The Administrative Officer will handle a variety of tasks including general administration, providing administrative assistance, organizing and maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders, addressing customer queries, and offering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Exceptional Organization Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
