Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management    Manage and optimize the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and events
Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes
Communication & Correspondence    Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Draft, review, and send communications, presentations, and reports
Liaise with internal departments, board members, clients, and external partners
Travel & Logistics Coordination    Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Organize logistics for conferences, board meetings, and offsite events
Office & Project Support    Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the CEO
Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff for smooth operations
Relationship Management    Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders
Support the CEO in stakeholder engagement, event planning, and follow-ups

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives

Experience:

3–7 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in corporate or fast-paced environments
Experience working with C-level executives and board members
Key

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
